The DiodesZetex makes a Databus transient suppressor or a 3-phase full wave bridge rectifier, with fast switching speed and ultra-small surface mount package. It is ideal for 3 Dataline rail clamp or 3 phase full wave bridge rectification. The SOT363 package of this device is Lead Free by design. This surface mounted devices terminals have Matte Tin finish annealed over Alloy 42 lead frame. The operating temperature of this device is -65°C to 150°C.

The Minimum reverse Breakdown voltage for this device is 85 V The device has ul flammability classification rating of 94V-0 It has a moisture sensitivity of Level 1 per J-STD-020D
