The ROHM ESD18VHYFH series automotive TVS diode has SOT-23 package and is suitable for ESD protection in electronic devices. It has reverse working maximum voltage (VRWM) of 16V, reverse current of 100mA and capacitance of 12pF. This high surge resistance provide superior protection. It has three terminals and bidirectional configuration.
