The Vishay transient voltage suppressor comes in SMPC (TO-277A) package with very low profile (typical height of 1.1 mm). It is ideal for automated placement and AEC-Q101 qualified. It has 54V stand-off voltage and 1.5KW peak power dissipation with a 10/1000 μs. It has uni-direction and excellent clamping capability.
