The AEC-Q200 qualified CGA-MLC series ChipGuard Automotive ESD Protectors are designed to protect sensitive automotive electronics from potential ESD threats. (to IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4) Available in the ultra-small 0402 and 0603 type packages, these very fast bidirectional protectors have a low capacitance, a minimal insertion loss and a low leakage over a wide temperature range.
