It supports a peak pulse current (Ipp) of 6 A and can handle a peak pulse power dissipation (Pppm) of 220 W. The device provides robust electrostatic discharge protection with a contact discharge voltage (Vesd) of 15 kV and an air gap discharge voltage also rated at 15 kV.
