Honeywell Bi-Metallic Thermostat, Opens at +45°C - 2455R Series - 2455R 82-713 F60C

Choose this snap-action Honeywell bi-metallic thermostat for precision temperature regulation in 250V AC-supplied circuits. It's a SPST (single pole, single throw) switch that's normally closed (NC) until the temperature rises to +45°C. It automatically resets at 15°C below the nominated operating temperature. With a dielectric strength of 2000V AC, this device is able to withstand extremely high levels of electrical current, making it suitable for demanding applications. For safety, the SPST contact is electrically isolated from the mounting bracket.

Features and Benefits

• Small product size allows enhanced response to temperature changes
• Features a phenolic body with stainless steel end cap for longevity
• 10A-rated contacts can tolerate high-current scenarios
• Quick-connecting terminals for ease of installation
• Broad operating temperature range of 0°C to +150°C for varied applications

Application Information

• HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) systems
• Copy machines
• Heat/smoke detection
