Jumo Capillary Thermostat, 300°C Max, NC, Automatic Reset, Surface Mount

The Jumo Mechanical Surface Mounting Double Thermostat is very robust and can also be used in rough conditions. The measuring systems used operate according to the fluid expansion principle and can be used up to a maximum permissible probe temperature of 345°C without any problems and the protection tube made of high quality stainless steel has a diameter of 15 mm. It is fastened by a thread G 1/2 Form A according to DIN 3852/2. The maximum permissible ambient temperature at the case is 80 °C. The thermostat can be used very flexibly and is used in heating, air conditioning and ventilation technology as well as in the plastics industry, apparatus and mechanical engineering as well as in furnace construction, in district heating transfer stations and for temperature monitoring in laboratories and climatic chambers. Once the temperature falls below the switch off temperature by the value of the switching differential, they automatically return to the original state.

Device comprises two temperature monitors
Desired switch off temperature can be set independently on a scale
With the help of a screwdriver after removing the case cover
Temperature monitors have a high switching point accuracy of +0/-1.5% in the upper third of the scale
They have a switching differential (hysteresis) of approx. 3 to 4% of the scale range
After reaching the switch off point the temperature monitors switch off
No additional auxiliary power is required for temperature measurement
Electrical connection is made by screw terminals connected directly to the installed micro switches
Micro switches can directly switch a maximum permissible switching capacity of AC 230 V / 10 A
