RS PRO IEC Type J Nozzle Thermocouple with Threaded Bolt (M6 x 1mm thread)
A reliable and accurate Type J thermocouple featuring a nozzle sensor for quick and easy measurements inside pipes and other hollow structures for the precise temperature measurement of gas or fluids. Comprising of a thermocouple inside a Stainless Steel threaded bolt for direct attachment with the object being measured and Glassfibre insulated Stainless Steel braided cable terminating in IEC colour coded bare tail wires.
The Type J thermocouples Glassfibre insulated Stainless Steel braided cable protects against wearing and mechanical stresses, and features excellent heat and thermal resistance and the nozzle sensor enables temperature measurements of -60 up to 350°C.
A hardwearing, reliable and accurate Type J tube thermocouple with a grounded hot junction increasing measuring accuracy and stability. Ideal for steam, gas and fluid temperature measurements and suitable for harsh environments.
