TE Connectivity Polyimide Micro BetaCURVE NTC Thermistors (MBD)


TE Connectivity’s MEAS MBD series of NTC thermistor probes offer a rapid time response and are constructed with an NTC thermistor soldered to 30 AWG solid silver plated copper wire with PVDF insulation. The NTC thermistor is potted within a polyimide tube with a thermally conductive black epoxy.

Ideal for use in the consumer goods and medical industries, suitable applications for these NTC probes include small medical probes, micro-flow sensing and localised temperature sensing.

Rapid time response (400 milliseconds in liquids)

Small tip diameter

2.2kΩ to 1MΩ resistance at 25°C

±0.2°C tolerance from 0°C to +70°C
