Electrolube Silicone Thermal Grease
The Electrolube GP300 series is a silicone based thermal interface gap pad and comes in square sections. This pad is designed for easy installation and provides high thermal conductivity value of 3W/m.K. It has a wide operating temperature range from -50°C and 160°C.
