RS PRO 20A Bolted Tag Fuse, 350 V dc, 690 V ac, 63.5mm

Introducing from RS PRO the LSCB series bolted tag fuses. These fuses are designed to protect electrical circuits when overcurrent or short circuits are detected. They do this via a weak sacrificial link that breaks, protecting the electrical circuitry.

Upon inspection, each fuse is housed within a fuse holder with a tag at either end with mounting through-holes. The RS PRO LSCB series offer a voltage rating of 350 V dc, 690 Vac, 16 A to 100 A current ratings. Installation is quick and easy and complies with the fuse standard IEC 60269-4/BS 88-4.

The main purpose of a fuse is to offer circuit protection by acting as the weakest link in the system. It is designed to fail when overloads occur. It’s safer and cheaper to replace a solitary fuse than to replace electrical components within the system.
