Eaton Centred Tag Fuse, aR, 250 A 170M3816D
This centred tag fuse from Eaton features centralised bladed tags. These mean you can install it easily in open fuse bases in your industrial electrical system. As an aR-type fuse, it's suitable for use in the protection of semiconductor devices. It's a high-speed dual-indication fuse, meaning it will respond rapidly to a short circuit and uses an LED (light-emitting diode) to indicate a blown fuse on an AC application. You can feel confident in this fuse's safety and reliability as it meets the European CE and CSA standards as well as the international IEC 60269 standard.
• High-speed fuse designed to minimise initial peak current and arc voltage
• Live gripping lugs conduct the current for safety
• aR fuse provides partial-range breaking capacity, for short-circuit protection of semiconductor devices

Where would I use a centred tag fuse?
Centred tag fuses are suitable for protecting semiconductor devices in industrial electrical systems.
How can I tell when the fuse has blown?
You can tell when a fuse is blown when an LED (light-emitting diode) indicator turns on.
