Rockwell Automation IEC 1492-JKD3 Feed-Through Screw-Type Terminal Block
The 1492-JKD3 feed-through terminal block by Rockwell Automation is an efficient and robust addition for your wiring system.
This module is a knife-disconnect feed-through terminal block in grey housing. This screw-type block can be easily mounted on a DIN rail, ensuring fast and convenient installation. It has a broad housing temperature range of –50 to +120°C (–58…+248°F).
The 1492-J terminal blocks use a secure self-locking design with steel clamps and screws for improved connection reliability. The 1492 family also adheres to recognised international IEC, UL, CSA, and ATEX standards.

UL: 22-12 AWG (10A @300V AC/DC)
CSA: 22-12 AWG (10A @300V AC/DC)
IEC: 2.5mm² (24A @500V AC/DC)

What is a DIN rail?
A DIN rail is a component rail-mounting system for equipment cabinet racks. ’DIN’ refers to ’Deutsche Institut für Normung’, which is a global industry standard. They are made up of a long metal strip to which electrical and industrial control products can be attached, such as terminal blocks, circuit breakers, power supplies, and more. They are a convenient mounting method as components can be snapped or slid into place, and they are also space-saving.
