This unthreaded stainless steel pipe from RS PRO is designed for compression fitting to your industrial pipeline. It's easy to keep clean and is commonly used in applications with strict hygiene standards such as the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.
The 316L-grade stainless steel material is an alloy containing chromium, nickel and molybdenum. It balances high strength with excellent corrosion resistance, so the pipe won't wear down over time, even in the harshest environments. It can tolerate pressures of up to 75 bar, making it suitable for transporting gas or liquid at high speeds and volumes.
This pipe can withstand temperatures of up to +250°C, so you can use it in extreme conditions without risk of it breaking or deforming. It conforms to the American Standard specification ASTM A312 for welded stainless steel pipes, assuring it's a high-quality component that meets international standards.
