The Jumo Tube fitting is intended for insertion resistance thermometers and thermocouples with a protection tube diameter of 6.0 mm. The tube fitting is made of stainless steel (material 1.4571), is equipped with a stainless steel clamping ring and is designed for temperatures up to 600 °C. A G 1/2 thread with a length of 14 mm serves as process connection. An essential advantage of the screwed pipe connection is the variable determination of the installation length and easy disassembly of the temperature sensor. The areas of application are protection tubes according to DIN 43763 (tube fittings with stuffing box) for furnace construction, as well as for the installation of sheathed resistance thermometers and thermocouples.

The total length of the gland is 44 mm

For positioning and tightening, wrench sizes 14 and 27 are used
