RS PRO Oil Spill Absorbent Boom 79 L Capacity, 1 Per Package


Use this RS RPO oil spill absorbent boom to selectively recover and contain oil and oil-based spills. It will only absorb and contain oily fluids as the combination of materials used in its compositions repels other liquids like fuels, mineral and vegetable-based lubricants and hydrocarbon solutions.

You can use this flotation boom on both land and water which means you won't need to purchase a separate type of boom to contain and absorb oil spills. It's flexible, allowing you to easily bend and shape it around spillage areas. The item won't sink, even when fully saturated with absorbed oils or other immiscible liquids. This makes it appropriate to deploy in water for extended periods of time without worrying that containment barriers would break.

This product complies with ANSI/ESD S20.20: 2014 standards, meaning it won't cause electrostatic discharges. Keep the boom in your workshops and water-bound rigs to be prepared for oil spills.
