The Infineon CoolSiC generation 3 offers lowest device capacitance for any given current rating, which further enhances overall system efficiency, especially at higher switching frequencies and under low load conditions for the schottky barrier diode with current rating of 6 A. This latest generation is suitable for use in telecom SMPS and high-end servers, UPS systems, motor drives, solar inverters as well as PC silver box and lighting applications.
