Simplify installation and safety control system complexity with the 440R DI/DIS Guardmaster Safety Relays by Rockwell Automation. These units consolidate the functionality of two safety relays into a convenient single 22.5 mm housing electromechanical relay (DI) or solid state (DIS) outputs.

With the Guardmaster family of safety relays, many important components in a control system such as safety interlock switches, pressure sensitive safety mats, emergency stop devices, and OSSD devices such as safety light curtains are compatible with the same relay without added configuration, saving you time and money. These 440R DI/DIS Safety Relays help you to minimise downtime through reliable, fast fault detection which prevents risk of damage to machinery and protects personnel from injury.

These units can replace a pair of the following Guardmaster safety relays: MSR127, MSR131, MSR142, MSR144, MSR30.

440R-D22R2 Dual Input Safety Relay (DI)


The 440R-D22R2 Safety Relay has 2 Dual Channel Universal Inputs, 24V DC power supply and removable terminals. It features 1 Single Wire Safe Input and 1 Single Wire Safe Output, ensuring ease-of-installation and system flexibility. It is AND / OR Logic Rotary configured and also has configured Automatic/Manual or Manual Monitored Reset, offering optimal versatility for your application. This device has 2NO immediate safety outputs and 1NC Solid State immediate auxiliary output. For diagnostics, it has LED indicators, 1 PNP Aux, optical bus. This compact unit can be DIN rail mounted (22.5 mm) to save space and energy.
