RS PRO Black Rubber Sheet, 1 m x 2 m x 6 mm

Use this rubber sheet from RS PRO as cushioning to prevent friction and wear on moving machine parts. It's suitable for industrial environments such as chemical factories and workshops.
The sheeting is made of polyethylene (PE) which is extremely long-lasting and not likely to tear, so it stands up well to harsh working conditions. It has closely packed fibres to prevent air from entering the material, which reduces the risk of harmful mould growth on the product. As PE can withstand ultraviolet (UV) rays and moisture, this sheeting is a good choice for outdoor jobs. It also absorbs noise, so it can reduce sound in busy areas such as schools and gyms.
This versatile sheeting is useful in many applications, such as padded protection for goods in long-term storage facilities. It contains only minimal amounts of any harmful materials as it complies with Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) standards.
