The Nordic Semiconductor nRF905 RF transceiver IC is intended for 433 MHz/868 MHz and 915MHz ISM (Industrial, Scientific and Medical) Frequency band operation. It features the ShockBurst™ hardware protocol which also supports a serial SPI interface and is ideal for applications requiring long range operation. This nRF905 device incorporates peripherals including an RF Synthesizer and baseband logic all in a compact QFN32 package.
