Schneider Electric RCBO, 6kA Breaking Capacity, 30mA Trip Sensitivity - A9 Series - A9DC3610

This Schneider Electric residual current breaker with overcurrent (RCBO) provides full protection against short circuits, overloads and earth leakage currents. It instantly cuts power to your electrical system when a fault occurs, preventing damage to equipment. A breaking capacity of 6kA at 230V AC 50/60Hz means it has a high threshold for current surges and won't cause an electric arc easily. For quick diagnosis, the breaker switch is marked with status indicators, so it's easy to see when it's on or off.

Features & Benefits

• Can be secured with a padlock to prevent unauthorised access
• Mechanical service life of 20,000 cycles for long term performance
• Low weight of 210g, so it's easy to handle and won't strain your equipment
• Easy DIN rail mounting saves time and effort
• Wide operating temperature range of -25°C to +60°C for use in demanding environments

Applications

• Fire alarm systems
• Water heaters
• Power sockets

What's the difference between an MCB and an RCBO?

A miniature circuit breaker (MCB) provides protection from overloads, such as overcurrents and short circuits. An RCBO offers the advantage of complete protection from both overloads and earth leakage currents too.
