The SMC ZFC in-line air filter prevents trouble in equipment caused by contaminants in the air and has a maximum flow rate of 100L/minute. Both, positive pressure and vacuum pressure can be used with a single unit. During positive pressure, a lock mechanism prevents components from being scattered when they are loosened. It is light in weight and compact and the flexible mounting orientation makes it easy to install to the line.
