The Siemens Level converter is an interface between M-bus meters and reading systems, capable of reading up to 60 M-bus devices. It allows meter data to be read locally via PC software ACT531 or remotely through an optional web server. It can be used as the main device on an M-bus network with up to 60 meters, as a network extender with up to 6 level converters (1 main and 5 subordinate) supporting 360 M-bus loads and 1,000 logical meters, or as a supporting device for remote data reading via the M-bus web server.
