The B&R Industrial Automation GmbH module provides a system for measuring and analysing vibrations, ideal for condition monitoring of machinery and equipment. It features four vibration inputs with 24-bit converter resolution and a sampling frequency of 51.562 kHz. Each input includes a separately activated constant current source to power IEPE sensors. Integrated signal conditioning algorithms include configurable high and low-pass filters, an envelope curve generator, Fourier transform, and more.
