BPV10NF Series Photodiodes


The BPV10NF series, from Vishay Semiconductor, are a family of silicon PIN photodiodes. They are in standard 5mm (T-1 3/4) packages with a black plastic lens and daylight filter. The BPV10NF photodiodes are high speed devices with high radiant sensitivity. Suitable applications for the BPV10NF series include; detectors for IR radiation, IR remote control, Air data transmission systems. Can be used in combination with TSFF series IR emitters.
