TEFD4300 Series PIN Photodiodes


The TEFD4300 series, from Vishay Semiconductor, are silicon PIN photodiodes with a high radiant sensitivity. They come in standard 3mm (T-1) through-hole packages with both clear or daylight filter options. Suitable applications include; high speed photo detector for data transmission, optical switches, counters and sorters, interrupters, encoders and position sensors.
