Keysight introduces the InfiniiVision HD3 Series, a 14-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) oscilloscope delivering four times the signal resolution and half the injected noise of other general-purpose oscilloscopes.

Perform digital debugging using a portable oscilloscope with a custom ASIC that delivers 4x more vertical resolution and half the injected noise of other general-purpose oscilloscopes. Troubleshoot your design and ensure product quality by debugging with an oscilloscope that can see the small signals beyond the noise to catch the slightest and most infrequent signal glitches.
