The P5205A is capable of measuring fast rise times of signals in floating circuits. It can safely measure voltages in IGBT circuits, such as motor drives or power converters, and is specifically designed to operate on Tektronix oscilloscopes with TEKPROBE® interface.

P52xxA Series probes have the Tektronix TekProbe® interface which communicates scale information to the oscilloscope. Tektronix high voltage differential probes include: THDPO200 ( 752-7357 ); THDP0100 ( 752-7353 ); P5200A ( 734-5029 ); P5202A ( 734-5022 ); P5205A ( 734-5026 ); P5210A ( 734-5035 ).
