The DC input single and multi-channel phototransistor optocouplers are used for power sequence controller and Input/Output interface applications.
The Broadcom ACPL-247 is a DC-input quad-channel half-pitch phototransistor optocoupler that contains four light-emitting diodes optically coupled to four separate phototransistors. It is packaged in a 16-pin SO package.
