Fluke Multi-Function Calibrator, 300V Maximum Voltage Measurement, 25mA Maximum Current Measurement - FLUKE 753

This multi-function calibrator is a handheld documenting instrument for calibrating and troubleshooting process sensors, transmitters and instrumentation in industrial settings. It can source, simulate and measure electrical, temperature and pressure signals while recording procedures and results for later analysis, and connects via USB for two-way communication with calibration management software.

Features & Benefits

• Sources and measures mA with 25mA maximum for loop testing
• Voltage capability up to 300V AC/DC for wide-range checks
• Li‑Ion battery provides over 8h continuous portable operation
• Resolution down to 100mV for fine voltage measurements
• Stores up to one week of procedures and logged results
• Accepts pressure modules for modular pressure sourcing and measurement

Applications

• Suitable for automated transmitter calibration in process plants
• Ideal for on-site loop supply and simultaneous mA measurement
• Used with RTDs and thermocouples for temperature sensor verification
• Suitable for field resistance and continuity checks on control panels
• Used for pressure module-based calibration of pressure transmitters

How long will the instrument operate between charges?

The internal Li‑Ion pack typically delivers more than 8h of use under normal conditions.

What environmental range does it support for field use?

It is rated to operate between -10°C and 50°C and meets IP52 dust/water resistance.

What data Interface is available for calibration management?

A USB port and supplied cable enable two-way transfer of procedures and results with compatible software.

What power is available to energise transmitters during tests?

It offers a selectable loop supply of up to 26V with a minimum of 18V at 22mA and short-circuit-protected output.

How Compact and portable is the unit for site work?

The handheld instrument weighs 1.2kg and includes a soft field case Plus modular side-port connections for pressure modules.
