Protect your electric motors from high-current damage using this soft starter from Siemens. It works by adjusting the voltage supplied to the motor so that it gradually accelerates. This prevents mechanical wear that may occur from the sudden inrush of the full supply voltage. Thanks to its ambient operating temperature range between -25°C and +60°C, this unit can withstand harsh environments. You can use it with 3-phase motors like those used in pumps and conveyor systems. It's finger-safe on its front, so adjustments can be made without the risk of electric shocks. A voltage rating of 400V AC and a power rating of 11kW means it can partner with heavy-duty industrial motors.

How do I install this soft starter?
