The Renesas 2SK1317-E N-Channel is a high speed power switching MOSFET. The silicon N-Channel MOSFET has a low drive current and high breakdown voltage i.e(Vdss=1500 V).It is suitable for switching regulator, DC-DC converter and motor driver.
