The Infineon D2PAK surface mount N-channel MOSFET is a new age product with a drain-source resistance of 5.5m Ohms. The MOSFET has an output current of 23A and input voltage ranging from 6V to 32V. It has a maximum power dissipation of 2W. It has been optimized for lower switching and conduction losses. The MOSFET offers excellent efficiency along with a long and productive life without compromising performance or functionality.
