The Microchip Technology ATSAMD family type, TQFP package, surface mount, 48-pin ARMCortex-M0 based 32-bit microcontroller. Its has a maximum voltage rating of 3.63V. The microcontroller operates at a maximum speed of 48MHz and features 256kb ISP flash program memory, 32kb of internal SRAM and 2kb of EEPROM.
