The Microchip technology AVR family type, JEDEC SOIC package, surface mount, 8-pin picoPower tiny 8-bit microcontroller has a maximum voltage rating of 5.5V. This microcontroller operates at a maximum speed of 20MHz and features 1kb ISP flash program memory and 64bytes of internal SRAM. By executing powerful instructions in a single clock cycle, it achieves throughputs approaching 1MIPS per MHz allowing the system to optimize power consumption versus processing speed.
