It features a single cycle hardware multiplier for faster arithmetic operations and a Micro Trace Buffer for efficient debugging. Equipped with a Memory Protection Unit for enhanced security, it also includes 256KB of in system self programmable Flash memory, along with 8KB of independent Flash for EEPROM emulation.
