RS PRO 316 A4 Stainless Steel Sheet, 500 mm x 300 mm x 1 mm


This tough stainless steel sheet is ideal for use underwater or in other settings where pitting-type corrosion is likely to occur. It's a versatile component with a variety of applications – from marine and chemical engineering to food production.

The non-magnetic sheet is highly durable thanks to its austenitic steel composition, which contains molybdenum – an element used to increase its resistance to corrosion and weldability. It's ideal for fabrications where corrosive liquids are in use. As a result of molybdenum's high resistance to pitting, it's a material that prolongs the life of the sheets in even the most difficult environments.
