Molex 2.5mm SD Memory Card Connector - 503500 Series
503500 series SD memory card connector with a 2.50 mm pitch and a compact low profile, space saving design. This SD memory card connector has a push-push mechanism for easy insertion and removal of the SD card. The combination of short shell length and optimal card extraction length of this connector offer extra space saving and easy card extraction. Card detect and write protect switch functions indicate card insertion and protect the data. Card polarization features ensure correct card orientation preventing misinsertion and an anti-card-fly-out feature that enables smooth extraction of the card. Dual contact power pins provide a high level of contact assurance. The terminals have an inner lead design to prevent contact stubbing and provide a reliable electrical connection. The shell is made from shielded stainless steel which provides protection against EMI interference. Retention features on the connector shell provide a secure connection to the PCB.
