Eaton MCB, Trip Type C, 80mm Width - PLSM Series - 242475 PLSM-C20/3-MW

Keep high currents in check using this MCB from Eaton. This safety device is fitted with two tripping mechanisms and has three poles to protect multiple circuits. The C-type bimetallic thermal release quickly breaks the circuits when it detects currents between five and 10 times the rated load. To boost protection, an electromagnetic release disconnects the power in the event of short circuits. These safety features make the MCB handy for applications that are prone to inrush and high peak currents, such as lighting and motor systems.

Features & Benefits

• Length of 52.5mm gives it a slim profile
• Three-position clip for swift and simple removal from busbar systems
• Twin terminals at the top and bottom for wiring flexibility
• DIN rail mounting style saves space and makes installation easy

Is this MCB designed for commercial or residential installations?

This MCB is designed to work with AC circuits and is rated for currents up to 20A. It comes fitted with a user-friendly toggle and red and green position indicators. As a result, it's well-suited to both residential and commercial switchgear applications.
