Honeywell Roller Plunger Limit Switch, NO/NC, 16N Maximum Operating Force - GLA Series - GLAC01C

This Honeywell limit switch mounts to your machine conveyors to help you turn the electrical connection on and off. The switch consists of an M20 connection terminal for wiring, an actuator head for making physical contact with the machine's mechanism and a switch body that turns the current on or off. Its roller plunger-type actuator has a roller wheel at the top that moves along the machine conveyor. When it touches a contact, it pushes the plunger actuator down, creating a reciprocating motion that triggers the limit switch.

Features & Benefits

• Electrostatic epoxy-coated zinc housing resists heavy-duty shock, vibration and corrosion
• IP66 (ingress protection) rating means it's protected against dust and high-pressure water jets
• Contacts have a snap-action mechanism for fast switching
• Maximum torque of 16N (newtons) for extra-tight fittings
• Galvanically isolated contacts for reduced interference

Applications

• Material handling equipment
• Farming equipment
• Food manufacturing
• Transportation equipment
• Packaging conveyors
