The Acim Jouanin high-charge cartridge heater allow metal parts to be heated quickly. Inserted into bores, they operate in harsh environments. It has insulation by very high purity magnesium oxide with a specific, highly compacted particle size and used flexible power cables, nickel core, siliconized fiberglass insulated. It used nickel-chrome resistance wire wound on high quality sintered magnesia bars.
