RS PRO Ceramic Heating Element, 245 mm, 650 W, 230 V AC


Use this curved ceramic heating element to cure plastic weldings and coats of paint. It's well-suited to longwave radiation, heating and drying in a wide range of manufacturing settings.

This heating element can convert up to 96% of the input power into heat, so it's extremely energy efficient. It has a maximum operating temperature of +700°C and a supply voltage of 230 V AC. The wire, which is embedded into the heater, can generate long-wave infrared in parallel rays, while the concave shape improves efficiency by focusing heat into the desired spot.

The glazed ceramic design helps to protect the element from corrosion. The unit is extremely durable, with a working life of between 5,000 and 10,000 hours.

This quality RS PRO product has been extensively tested for consistency. It complies with the RoHS Directive for minimal content of restricted hazardous substances.
