The highly efficient linear Hall position sensor/encoder features a linear Hall sensor array for magnetic pole pitch of 2.56 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The hall position sensor is non-sensitive to magnetic stray fields due to its differential measurement technique. It offers an 8-bit linear resolution of 20 μm and a linear speed of up to 5 m/s. With its versatile configuration inputs, buffered I/O stages, and multiple operating modes, This can be used for linear encoders, commutation of linear motors, liquid level meters, and more. It has a compact TSSOP20 package and operates within an extended temperature range of -40...+125 °C.
