RS PRO 1/2in Side Entry Float Valve
Need to control the level of liquid in a tank? This float valve from RS PRO will detect changes of elevation in the liquid level and open or close accordingly. It fits most tanks and cisterns and can be fitted through a side inlet.
The valve is manufactured from engineering resin with an impressive tensile strength of 4 tonnes, so you're assured a tough and hardwearing part. It features a removable filter that's easy to clean. It can be used at pressures between 0.15 bar and 14 bar. The tail is one-and-a-quarter inches long and has a half-inch male thread.
The valve is approved by the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS) as suitable for use in installations carrying water from the public mains supply. Float valves of this kind are commonly found in reservoirs, storage tanks and condensate tanks.
