Sensata Cynergy3 Horizontal Float Switch, NO/NC, 120V DC - RSF80 Series - RSF86YP

Monitor and regulate liquid levels reliably with this horizontal float switch from Sensata's Cynergy3 range. Its actuator has an integrated magnet that signals a sensor to open and close the switch's contacts in response to changes in the liquid level. This action makes the component an effective solution for activating pumps or alarms. A wide operating temperature range of -10°C to +120°C makes it suitable for use with both cold and hot liquids. It's commonly used in sewage systems, waterworks and commercial washing machines.

Features & Benefits

• Supports NO (normally open) or NC (normally closed) operation by rotating the switch through 180° for versatile use
• PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) body material is corrosion and wear-resistant for long-lasting performance

How can I mount this product?

This switch is designed for external mounting, so it's a good choice when there's no access to the inside of a tank. To install it, simply insert its 1/2-inch NPT (National Pipe Thread) connection through a hole in the tank wall. The M12 plug makes it simple to connect cables for ease of wiring.
