Being Cat6a, these shielded ethernet cables have a copper conductor and are suitable for 10 Gigabit per second networks and will provide a frequency of up to 500 MHz.

These cables are unterminated at both ends (bare copper), meaning a connector will need to be attached. RJ45 are the standard connector used with these types of cat6a shielded cables. Meaning once an RJ45 connector is attached, installation to an ethernet network can occur.
