RS PRO Medium Head Flush Cutters – Nose Angle 27°
RS PRO is proud to introduce a range of carbon steel, medium head flush cutters. These high-quality hand tool has been subject to an anti-reflection phosphating surface treatment, ensuring an accurate view of the work being carried out. During construction the tools are joined with grounded holes and surfaces, thereby allowing precise movements. For comfort, the cutters exhibit excellent ergonomic principles with anti-slip bi-material dolphin handles thus guaranteeing a safe, light, and comfortable grip for the operator even when used constantly for many hours.
Why would you choose these cutters?
The RS PRO wire cutters are a joy to use, and the quality materials and cutting action are exceptional. The blades are sharp and make light work of copper wire or soft materials. Perfect for use in applications such as microelectronics, jewellery making, laboratory, watchmaking and repairs, and DIY. During application, they give you full control with precision and offers long service life.
What is the advantage of a flush cutter?
Flush wire cutters, or straight wire cutters, don't leave a 'spike' or angle in the wire after it has been cut. Because of the shape of their blades, they are slightly less durable than bevelled cutters, but a straight cut or flush wire may be preferable where there is a risk of damaging delicate components. Where precision is more of a concern than durability, flush cutters should be used.
