The Abracon Power optimized MEMS Compact footprint oscillator has a size as small as 1.6x1.2mm with a low 0.84mm profile. It offers an output frequency range from 1MHz to 80MHz and features a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The oscillator has an output enable or ultra low power standby mode with only 12μA (type) of current draw, and a low operating current of 1.3mA IDD.
