FASTON 187 series quick connect Tab-Lok flag receptacle terminals that offer speed of application and uniform reliability. Flag receptacles have a right angle connection to the tab terminals making them ideal for use in applications where space is an important factor. These FASTON 187 series flag terminals have a Tab-Lok feature consisting of a tab that is inserted into a corresponding Tab-Lok or slot on the terminal. The Tab-Lok is then crimped between the bottom of the terminal and a pair of locking lances for a secure connection. For the optimum combination of mechanical strength and electrical conductivity these FASTON 187 flag terminals are applied to the conductor using the match-mated application crimp tooling which can be purchased separately.
