RS PRO Screw Termination Thick Film Panel Mount Resistor, 1 Ω ±10% 2 kW


Stem the flow of power around your circuit with this RS PRO panel-mounting resistor. It protects sensitive components by adding 1 Ω resistance to your set-up. This resistor is best suited to applications that require resistance to function safely, such as control devices and power supplies.
You can use the fixed resistor in extreme temperatures from -55ºC to +150ºC. It works best with a cooling plate of up to 0.05 mm thickness and the roughness of the surface shouldn't be more than 6.4 μm (micrometres).
This component is ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 compliant, which means it meets electrostatic safety control standards. It's also BS EN 61340-5-1:2007 certified, so you can use it safely in electrostatic protected areas (EPA). This product is frequently used with LEDs and robotic equipment.
